Fonts
To ensure optimal legibility, one of the following five typefaces should be used in your design: Adobe Garamond, Times, Univers, Helvetica or Arial. Each of these has a “family” of fonts that include variations of the typeface, such as regular, bold and italic. Resist the temptation to use multiple typefaces and stick to one or two fonts within a single family. Avoid the use of designing with vertical type.
